Mixed Berry Smoothie

  1. Add the frozen berries and banana to a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and add the yogurt and sweetener if using.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
