Mixed Berry Smoothie
A refreshing, vibrant, and nutrient-packed smoothie that takes just minutes to prepare. Great for breakfast or a post-workout snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen berries and banana to a blender.
- Pour in the milk and add the yogurt and sweetener if using.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
