Chicken Stir Fry

A quick, colorful, and healthy meal packed with fresh vegetables and lean protein. Perfect for busy weeknights.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from the pan.
  4. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the pan. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over everything.
  6. Toss for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well coated.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
