Chicken Stir Fry
A quick, colorful, and healthy meal packed with fresh vegetables and lean protein. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Cooked Rice or Noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from the pan.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the pan. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over everything.
- Toss for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well coated.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
